The Wills Magnifier was founded by Brennan Wills, a student at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, a high-ranking university with a well-established history of educating the nation's most well-rounded journalists. He double-majors in Digital Media and History and triple-minors in Journalism, Literature, and Film & Media Studies. He wanted to work for student media, but his jobs in student government meant that it would be a conflict of interest to get paid by them. So, he began this site to make the experience happen for himself.
